Please continue to check the CDC 2019 Novel Coronavirus website often for up to date information (www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov). It’s important to self-isolate per the CDC guidelines if you have been exposed to the virus and/or self-quarantine if you have tested positive.
We would like to remind everyone of some options related to communicating effectively with our CHS team and managing your lease and housing payments. It’s important to submit a text authorization to your local Director of Housing (if you have not done so already) so that we can effectively communicate via text in addition to e-mail. As a reminder, you also have the ability to receive announcements, download forms and make monthly housing payments through the resident portal on our website or sign up for ACH automatic withdrawal payments (webaccess.housingservices.com). Please contact your local CHS Director of Housing or call the CHS Corporate office if you have any questions or need help with payment setup (1-800-U-MOVE-IN).
Here are a few other helpful things to know:
• Please notify CHS immediately if you or one of your roommates need to self-quarantine
• Please submit your maintenance requests to your local representatives or email@example.com;
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces of your apartment for your own health and safety;
• All current and future resident life events have been canceled until further notice.
