You have the ability to make monthly housing payments through the resident portal on our website or sign up for ACH automatic withdrawal payments (webaccess.housingservices.com). COVID Move-In Guidelines

CHS continues to closely monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are also continuing to follow guidance from public health experts. Listed below are helpful information and web links on how to prevent or contain the spread of the virus. We will provide our residents with helpful information as updates are continually being made.

Here are a few other helpful things to know:

  • Please follow your school’s guidelines as it relates to in-class attendance and labs.
  • Please notify CHS immediately if you or one of your roommates test positive for COVID-19.
  • It’s important to self-isolate per the CDC guidelines if you have been exposed to the virus and/or self-quarantine if you have tested positive. Please refer to the guidelines linked here: www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov.
  • Always clean and sanitize all surfaces of your apartment often for your own health and safety.
  • If you are experiencing symptoms or feel you need medical attention please follow these guidelines. faq.coronavirus.gov
  • We have created a resource page, dedicated to the COVID-19 virus which can be accessed from any of our webpages online by clicking on the red bar at the top of the page.
  • Please note that during this pandemic, guests are not allowed in your CHS apartment.
  • It is important that you limit access to your apartment to only you and your designated roommates.
  • All group CHS resident life events have been postponed. Please watch for our virtual events and gaming tournament announcements!
  • Please submit your maintenance requests to your local CHS representatives or general@housingservices.com

It is important to know that CHS is not currently available for face-to-face interaction unless it is by appointment. We urge everyone to communicate with your CHS Representatives by telephone, email, or text message. Please submit a text authorization to your local Director of Housing (if you have not done so already) so that we can effectively communicate via text instead of email. While we welcome communicating via email, we have found that texting is more efficient.

As a reminder, you have the ability to make monthly housing payments through your resident portal on the CHS website or sign up for ACH automatic withdrawal payments (webaccess.housingservices.com). Please contact your local CHS Director of Housing or call the CHS Corporate office if you have any questions or need help with anything. (1-800-U-MOVE-IN).
